I begin process design by understanding how the work is actually done. I then bring workflows, roles and control points together to simplify execution, reduce risk and support performance evaluation with reliable data.

Interview, observe the real work and identify bottlenecks before choosing a solution.
Design the target state
Model with BPMN, simplify the flow and define clear start and finish points.
Assign control
Set responsibilities, conditions, routing, permissions and required approvals.
Implement
Build DynaForms and flows in ProcessMaker with data validation.
Report and improve
Create traceable data for performance review, bottleneck discovery and iteration.
Good design does not hide complexity. It brings it under control.
